At Welcome Canary, we know pets are part of the family! We welcome your furry companions and want both our residents and their pets to feel right at home.
Residents may have a maximum of two pets per apartment home. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee ranging from $350 to $500 applies, depending on the pet’s weight.
All pets must have current vaccinations, and up-to-date vaccination records must be provided to management prior to approval. Breed restrictions may apply.
